6. Processing of personal data

7. For what purpose personal data is processed

7.1  Personal data is used to manage customer orders and to deliver goods.

7.2 Purchase history data (date of purchase, product, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of the purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences.

7.3 The bank account number is used to return funds to the client.

7.4 Personal data such as email address, phone number, customer name are processed in order to resolve issues related to goods and services (customer support).

8. Legal basis

8.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfill the contract concluded with the client.

8.2 The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfill a legal obligation (eg bookkeeping and consumer dispute resolution).

11. Withdrawal of consent

11.1.  If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the consent of the client, then the client has the right to withdraw consent by notifying the customer support service by e-mail.

11.2. The buyer may at any time unsubscribe from e-mail offers and newsletters.

12. Storage

12.1. Upon closing a customer account in the online store, personal data is deleted, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting purposes or for the resolution of consumer disputes.

12.2.  If a purchase is made in an online store without creating a client account, the purchase history is stored for three years.

12.3. In the event of disputes relating to payments and consumer claims, personal data is stored until the respective request is fulfilled or until the statute of limitations expires on request.

12.4. Personal data required for accounting purposes are kept for seven years.

13.  Removal
