1. In addition to the current conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the online store bebekmood.com are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.2. Based on the interests of a better and safer development of the online store www.bebekmood.com, BEBEKMOOD OÜ has the right to change and supplement these conditions and the price list. Customers are notified about changes or additions to the conditions and price list through the website www.bebekmood.com . Changes and additions to the terms and price list come into force from the moment of publication of the corresponding change or addition on the website www.bebekmood.com . If you place an order before the amended conditions come into force, the legal relationship between you and BEBEKMOOD OÜ shall be subject to the conditions in force at the time you placed the order, unless otherwise provided by law or these conditions.

2. Prices
2.1. The prices of the goods sold in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices for goods sold in the online store bebekmood.com are indicated next to the goods. The shipping cost for shipping the item is added to the price.
2.2. The shipping cost depends on the buyer’s location and shipping method.
2.3. The shipping cost is displayed to the buyer at checkout.

3. Making a purchase
3.1. After selecting a product in the online store, the Customer adds the product to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
3.2. To place an order, the Client must go to the Shopping Cart page: in the menu in the shopping cart selection, click on the “Proceed to payment” button, then the Client will be redirected to the ordering site.
3.3. After entering and verifying the correctness of the required data, the Client confirms the order by pressing the “Confirm and pay” button. After this action, the order is confirmed and transferred to the seller.
3.4. The Client pays for the Goods using the bank link of the Internet Bank, and also confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking on the “Return to the Seller” button.
3.5. When placing an order, the Client undertakes to provide the correct data necessary for the execution of the order.
3.6. The customer can make purchases with or without registration on our website bebekmood.com.
Each user of the online store must have a unique password.
3.7. Recommended password requirements:
- the password must consist of a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers;
- it is recommended to use additional punctuation marks in the password;

3.10. When fulfilling an order, the Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer or any consequences of such provision.
3.11. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if there is a suspicion of the reliability of the data provided to the Seller or in case of behavior that does not correspond to good traditions.
3.12. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment of payment for the goods.
3.13. BEBEKMOOD.COM is not obliged to separately notify the Buyer of its consent to the conclusion of the contract. It is considered that BEBEKMOOD.COM confirms the order at the moment when it begins to fulfill it.
4. Payment methods
4.1. NB! When paying for goods in the BEBEKMOOD online store, your safety is guaranteed.
5. Payment via internet bank.
5.1. After placing an order, click on the button leading to Internet Banking. Enter your username and password and log in to your Internet Banking. You will see a completed payment order in the Internet bank, which will indicate the amount to be paid for the purchase in the e-shop. Check the data and change or confirm the order.
7. Dispute Resolution

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, then the buyer can apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee includes the resolution of disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Consideration of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.

8. Coupons
8.1. From time to time, we may offer you Coupons that you can use to reduce the price of certain items. Remember, you need to enter Coupons yourself at checkout!
8.2. Each Coupon has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated when this code is issued to you (for example, what products it is applicable to, one-time / reusable, expiration dates, which countries the Coupon is valid for, etc.).
8.3. Unless otherwise stated, Coupons cannot be used to purchase Bebekmood services, Bebekmood gift certificates and products from the Bebekmood Marketplace platform.
8.4. If you have received a unique Coupon designed exclusively for you (for example, a Birthday Coupon), please keep it secret and do not allow other people to use it (for example, do not need to post it on social networks). If we determine that a Coupon has been misused in any way (eg sold, shared, etc.), we may cancel your Coupon and/or block or even terminate your account without notifying you.
9.5. We do not like to do this, but if the Coupon fails to function properly due to someone or something – for example, fraud, interference, technical hiccups or anything else that is beyond our control and interferes with the fair operation of the Coupon – we may cancel, modify or defer a Coupon.
8. Купоны
8.1. Время от времени мы можем предлагать вам Купоны , которые вы можете использовать для снижения стоимости определенных товаров. Помните, вам необходимо самостоятельно ввести Купоны при оформлении заказа!
8.2. У каждого Купона есть свои правила и условия, которые будут ясно указаны при выдаче этого кода вам (например, на какие товары он применим, одноразовый/многоразовый, сроки действия , на какие страны Купон действует и т.д.).
8.3. Если не указано обратное, Купоны нельзя использовать для покупки услуги Bebekmood, подарочных сертификатов Bebekmood и товаров с платформы Bebekmood Marketplace.
8.4. Если вы получили уникальный Купон, предназначенный исключительно для вас (например, Купон на день рождения ), пожалуйста, держите его в секрете и не позволяйте другим людям его использовать (например, не нужно публиковать его в социальных сетях). Если мы решим, что Купоном как-либо злоупотребляли (например, его продали, поделились им с другими и т.д.), мы можем отменить ваш Купон и/или заблокировать или даже закрыть ваш аккаунт без уведомления вас об этом.
9.5. Нам не нравится это делать, но если Купон не может действовать должным образом из-за кого-либо или чего-либо – например, мошенничество, вмешательство, технические накладки или что-либо другое, что находится вне нашего контроля и мешает честной работе Купона – мы можем отменить, изменить или отложить Купон.
